We run it to the shop
Your guitar rides in its case to a vetted local repair tech. The shop quotes the work, we text you the price, you approve it before anything happens.
It comes home fixed
When the work's done, we bring it back to your door. You pay the shop's price for the repair — exactly what you'd pay walking in yourself.

What does the $59 cover?
Both trips — your door to the shop, and back again when the repair's done. One flat fee, no matter the repair.
What do repairs cost?
Whatever the shop charges — we pass the quote straight through with no markup. You approve the price by text before any work starts.
Do I need a case?
Yes — a hardshell case is required for transport. No case, no ride. It's the single best thing protecting your guitar on the road.
What if something happens in transit?
Instruments are covered up to $500 declared value in transit. Got something worth more? Tell us on the work order and we'll arrange white-glove handling.
Where do you operate?
Los Angeles — Silver Lake, Echo Park, Highland Park, Atwater Village, Venice, Culver City, Santa Monica, Pasadena, and nearby. Outside those? Book anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
